He was patient and willing to answer any questions we had, of course; more importantly, he was so knowledgeable about the market here, both before Covid and during the pandemic, and he also knows houses (as another reviewer has remarked). He gently but clearly informed us about what we didn't know but needed to learn. He was flexible with our crazy commuting schedule, and he worked early and late to meet deadlines so we could get our offer in on time and make our closing.
